Charm sprites and grenwalls supply Summoning/Herblore secondaries. Birdhouse runs on Havenhythe work from level 5 (need 5 Crafting + 10 Fletching) and also supply bird meat, nests and feathers.
Hunter goes to level 110. Every method below is self-sufficient: no Grand Exchange, only what you gather, craft or earn yourself.
