Divination goes to level 99. Every method below is self-sufficient: no Grand Exchange, only what you gather, craft or earn yourself.

Training path
3 stages from level 1, each starting at the level you unlock it.
- Levels 1–60
Wisp colony progression, converting memories; unlock each tier’s boon at the Memorial to Guthix
Guthixian Cache from 35 — open a cache by converting 800 memories, no daily cap
- Levels 60–95
Vibrant energy (60, west of Oo’glog) for divine charges; Daemonheim Divination with the Elder Sword engram (from 10) quadruples memory XP
Hall of Memories from 70 for higher XP/hr
- Levels 95–99
Incandescent wisps (95) — 30k+ energy/hr with boosts
